Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Since most items are fulfilled through individual pre-orders, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- The item has a manufacturing defect or damage
- You received the wrong item
- The item was not delivered (lost in transit)
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order (or after the expected delivery date has passed) and provide photo/video evidence if required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items ordered individually with no defects
- Items that have been used or are missing their original packaging
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a confirmed defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
All return requests are reviewed within up to 2 business days.
